friendly staff lockable car park
the staff were friendly! the food in the café was inexpensive. security was excellent and included a lockable car park.
Parking arrangements are limited and cost £5 per night. I had to park on the street around the corner.

clean bar attentive staff steep stairs missing facilities
The staff were attentive to our needs. The bar area is lovely and clean. The room was clean. It smelt really nice. A deli next door provides a lovely breakfast too!!!
The room I received was the attic room at the top of steep stairs!!! Pictures showed tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, this was not the case. Now, you must pay to use a machine downstairs and carry your hot drinks up the stairs.

clean room comfortable bed friendly staff prompt service
I found the room very clean upon arrival. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night sleep. I appreciated the provided kettle, even if I brought my own tea. Staff was friendly and addressed my questions promptly.
I did notice the bathroom bin wasn't emptied when I first arrived, not a big deal though.

helpful team clean bedroom great value prepared room
The team was cute and helpful always. The bedroom was very clean and well prepared. I have stayed before and I will return when visiting the area again. The cost was well worth the room.
Instructions regarding parking upon my arrival were not fully clear.

The venue had a friendly bar that offers lots of character. A beer garden was available. It featured Sky TV outside. There was also a football table for entertainment.
